Swedish
Massage
A therapeutic manipulation of soft tissue that releases
tense muscles, improves circulation and reduces mental and physical
fatigue. Very relaxing!
Prenatal
Massage
Therapeutic massage and bodywork techniques that focuses on the
special needs of the mother-to-be. Prenatal massage helps reduce
swelling, ease aches and pains, improves muscle tone, stimulates
the circulatory system and provides much needed emotional support.
Massage has proven to be beneficial throughout ones pregnancy.
Reiki
An ancient Japanese energy healing therapy that relaxes, repairs
and balances the mind, body and spirit. A non-obtrusive but extremely
relaxing therapy!
Background
I am a graduate from The Center of Natural Wellness School
of Massage Therapy. I have been practicing massage and Reiki since
2001.
